WOW!!!! I am astonished by the quality and speed of Dywan Box! I will trust our carpets to them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone! I've got the idea to clean our 3 very dirty carpets (the fur of two cats + usual dust). It was on Dec 9th and somehow all famous carpet cleaning services stopped taking orders before Christmas. I usually read reviews before order. DywanBox didn't have many reviews (I will fix this now!) so it was a risk on my side. But after talking with them on the phone we liked their professionalism and ordered their full service cleaning package. It took them a week and we've got our carpets back on Dec 19th! We've cleaned these carpets before but Dywan Box surpassed all previous cleaning agencies. My friend and I both gasped in amazement how clean it was. In total we've got: perfect cleaning + fast delivery + good customer service. AND when we unrolled the last carpet the was a present inside: two cards -25% for the next carpets cleaning!
